The Budget Plan

Please read the following Terms and Conditions.

Our Budget Plan allows customers to spread out their natural gas bill payments over a year in 12 monthly payments. This monthly payment amount will be re-evaluated from time to time and may be adjusted. Customers who build a credit balance will receive a finance credit on their account based on a recent average of 13-week U.S. Treasury Bill rates. If the amount billed to your account is more than the payments you have made, the same finance charge, based on a recent average of 13-week U.S. Treasury Bill rates, will be assessed. The annual rate used for the finance credit or charge will be divided by 12 to obtain the monthly rate applied to your account.

You may pay more than your Budget Plan payment amount at any time. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you can cancel your participation in the Budget Plan by contacting our Customer Care Services center. After canceling, your next natural gas bill will be for the full amount charged to your account.
