Comfort Heat Technology
Only Carrier ComfortHeat gas furnaces match their heat output to the comfort needs of the home. This exclusive feature maximizes the benefits of longer, quieter heating cycles by providing gentle, warm, even heat to the home, while cutting temperature swings in half.
Puron Refrigerant
R22 Refrigerant is a commonly used refrigerant for residential and small to medium-sized commercial air conditioning systems. Because of its ozone-depleting potential, manufacturers will not be able to use R22 in new air conditioning units starting in 2010. Carrier was the first U.S. manufacturer to introduce a new air conditioning system using the new high performance, chlorine-free refrigerant Puron in 1996. Not only are these units a good investment in the protection of our environment, but they have proven to be the most reliable and quietest operating units available.
