Nicor Enerchange's Hub Administration group offers marketing and administration support for transportation and storage facility owners that want to maximize their revenue potential by offering hub services. Enerchange has operated front office and back office functions for Nicor Gas' Chicago HubSM since 1998. The Chicago HubSM provides interruptible storage and transportation services to wholesale shippers using under-utilized utility capacity.
Nicor Enerchange also has expertise in gas storage field development and can provide companies that have storage development opportunities a full array of technical, marketing and regulatory services to successfully bring new projects into service.
