Naperville, IL – Nicor Gas announced today the promotion of Becky Bacidore to Vice President Human Resources. Becky brings 26 years of Nicor Gas experience to the position.

Bacidore joined Nicor Gas in 1982 as an Accountant. In 2004, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President Human Resources. During her time with Nicor Gas, Bacidore has worked in a number of positions including sales, customer service, meter reading, labor relations, and human resources.

Bacidore earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1982 and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Becky is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. She also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Tri-City Family Services.
