California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)-Certification of an environmental impact report for the project. The CVGS PEA is now available on CPUC's Environmental Review Website under Application A.09-08-008. The Energy Division of the CPUC provided a notice to Central Valley that it has determined that Central Valley’s PEA is complete, which means that Central Valley has provided all the information necessary for the CPUC to complete its environmental analysis for the project.
