Central Valley Gas Storage will bring significant economic benefits to the area. These include sales tax and annual property tax revenue. Central Valley will work to identify area contractors, vendors and suppliers for the construction of the facility. When operating, Central Valley Gas Storage will employ 6-8 full-time employees.

Central Valley and their environmental and engineering consultants have been in contact with landowners and a variety of local, state, and federal agencies, and will be providing additional public outreach.
